Convert your old, bulky VHS tapes and home movies to DVD! VHS tape deteriorates with every viewing but DVD is built to last. DVDs are easy to share, more convenient, space saving, and maintain their picture quality. Let Zach Rosing Productions update your video collection today! We provide DVD conversions for Indianapolis and the surrounding areas of Zionsville, Lebanon, Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Carmel, Plainfield, Greenwood and Speedway.
What formats do you convert?
- We accept only VHS, VHS-C, 8mm (also known as Video8), Hi8, Digital8 and MiniDV tapes.
- We can also duplicate camcorder-size DVDs and non-copy protected full-size DVDs.
- If you're looking for 8mm or Super 8 film conversion, please click here.
What does it cost?
- Your video is converted for the low price of $10 per tape.
- Additional copies are available for only $5 per copy.
- Up to two hours fits on a DVD. If your tape is longer than that, every additional two hours is an extra $5.
- For every 9 tapes you convert, the 10th is free!
We now offer PAL (United Kingdom) and SECAM format VHS tape transfer for $20 per tape. Please check the FAQ page for more details on this service.
- Cost is per tape, not per DVD. Combining several short tapes on one DVD is still charged the $10 per tape rate.
- Duplicating camcorder-size DVDs or non-copy protected full-size DVDs is $5 per copy.
- We accept cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). To pre-pay with PayPal or Google Checkout, click here.

Sounds great! Now what?
- Print out a copy of our order form, so we know how to label your DVD. This is professionally printed right on the DVD--no stick-on labels!
- You will be asked to sign our Limited Liability Agreement before we can accept your tapes. It's on Page 2 of the order form. Click here to read it.
- Turnaround time for small orders is usually a few days. Large orders may take a bit longer. Please inquire about our current turnaround time. We try to accommodate all requests.
- We're located in downtown Zionsville, IN. We operate by appointment only, but have very flexible daytime, evening and weekend availability. The best plan is to call or text when you'd like to stop by, and if we aren't free we'll find a time that works. Call (317) 721-6772, email mail@zachrosing.com, or chat via AIM.
- We can also do your transfer by mail for an additional shipping cost.
- Have more questions? The answer is probably listed on our Frequently Asked Questions page.

The Fine Print...
We cannot convert S-VHS, tape-based HD formats, Beta, broadcast-format tapes, full-sized DV, audio tapes, vinyl, DVDs with copy protection or any other strange format you happen to have.
If your tape is broken/breaks in our machine (snaps loose from its reel), there is a $5 charge to fix it.
We can convert camcorder-size DVDs to full-sized DVD discs, but only if you've finalized the disc on your camcorder. Consult your user manual (or bring the camcorder with you).
Due to copy protection signals on the tape, we cannot convert most commercially purchased tapes (movies, exercise videos, etc.)
This is an automated process. Out-of-the-ordinary requests may be priced differently.
